Master Course: Transformational Transpersonal Coach Certification Course (TTC)

If you know you are enrolling the in full TTC course you do not have to sign up for the Conscious Business Development course separately. It is included in your full tuition. 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
  1. Make an appointment with Elizabeth to get the start date and your list of books.
  2. Complete the application below before the appointment
  3. Pay the non-refundable application fee of $200. The cost of the application fee will be applied to the total tuition cost.
  4. A ITTC representative will contact you to process your application and confirm your appointment with Elizabeth.

Spiritual Integration Coach Certification Course (SIC)

PLEASE ENSURE YOU MEET THE COURSE PREREQUISITES OR ARE WILLING TO TAKE THE ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL COURSE LISTED BELOW BEFORE FILING YOUR APPLICATION AND PAYING THE NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE.

SIC PREREQUISITES

The following prerequisites for this program:

  • At least 60 hours of certified coaching education. Qualify with documentation.
  • Any licensed or certified helping professional such as a pastoral counselor, therapist, social worker, etc., qualify with proof of license and/or certification.
  • Under 200 hours of experience or no coaching education – There are two options; you may take the basic skills course (61) hours for an additional fee of $2,000, or take the entire Transformational/Transpersonal Course and receive a $3,000 discount on the Spiritual Integration Course program.

Refund Policy

STANDARD REFUND POLICY for In Full Payments Only

ITTC understands that a student may later decide not to pursue certification. However, because we begin to incur costs as soon as we received the application, we have adopted the following policies regarding cancellation of enrollment:

1. The TTC and SIC course has 3 day no fault cancellation policy for 72 hours from the date the first fee was paid after the application fee. Your first fee will be returned minus a $400 administrative fee. The application fee is completely non-refundable. ITTC has a 30-day refund policy for the Full CTTC course and SIC Course. This policy does not apply to the Conscious Business Development program which is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel the program you must contact ITTC, in writing, no later than the 30th day from your official enrollment date and complete an Enrollment Cancellation form and all subsequent requirements for cancelations listed on this page must be met for a refund to be approved. Contact us at info@ittcinternational.com to request the form.

2. You must have attended and documented at least 10 classes during the first 30 days beginning from the date the first payment was paid. Only live class attendance is allowed to meet this minimum requirement.

3. You must also have attended and have documented, at least one appointment with your Personal Education Coach within the first 30 days.

4.  If a student has met all the requirements listed above and successfully canceled the program, the tuition, less an administrative fee of $400.00, and the $200 non-refundable registration fee will be refunded.

5. NO refunds will be considered after 30 days from the date of your enrollment.

6. If a candidate dropped out of the program after 30 days, there will be no refund of any kind. They may, however, be reinstated at any time for a reinstatement fee of $99.00 USD per month on the 1st of the month for the entire time it takes to complete the program. Certificates will not be awarded until full payment is received. Campus access will be blocked until such time an authorized reinstatement fee has been successfully paid. There is no time limit to be reinstated back into the program if the balance has been paid in full and if the program is still being offered.

7. There are no extenuating circumstances that will result in an exception to these policies.

INSTALLMENT PAYMENT REFUND POLICY

1. The standard Refund Policy is not applicable to Installment Plan participants; when paying by the installment plan and by signing the installment payment contract, candidates understand and agree they are responsible for the entire balance of this program.

2. If a candidate chooses to cancel the program, cancellation under this installment plan results in the forfeiture of all payments made, with the exceptions listed below in Sections 5 and 6.

3. The candidate is still responsible for the balance of the program.

4. If a candidate has defaulted on an installment plan, a candidate can be re-instated only if they re-enroll and pay in full at the prevailing price.

5. If a candidate has dropped out of the program and is in good standing with on-time payments in accordance with the Installment Plan, and requests to be reinstated in the first 12 months for the Transformational Transpersonal Coach (TTC) Master Course and within 6 months for the Spiritual Integration Certification (SIC) Specialization Course, they may be reinstated with no penalty during the 12-month period beginning on the date of the first payment. A reinstatement fee of $99.00 USD will be charged beginning the first day of the 7th or 13th month after the date of first payment, for the entire time, it takes to complete the program.

6. If a candidate has dropped out of the program and has paid the program in full in accordance with this Installment Plan, they may be reinstated at any time for a reinstatement fee of $99.00 USD per month, billed on the 1st of the month for the entire time it takes to complete the program. There is no time limit to be reinstated back into the program if the balance has been paid in full and if the program is still being offered.

7. There are no extenuating circumstances that will result in an exception to these policies.

We collect your name, address, email address, and phone number.  This information is never sold or given to anyone outside ITTC. We use your information to provide services and to understand what services and products interest you most.  Google Analytics is used to store cookies. All payment information is stored in the payment processor and not in the ITTC website database.
